Refund policy

Our marketing packages are subscription-based and can be canceled at any time at no charge. Once canceled, no further payments will be processed. However, we do not offer refunds for payments already made for marketing services already rendered. If you have any questions, please contact our support team.


To be eligible for a refund. Please contact us with your establishment name and receipt number. To start a refund, you can contact us at fillthetables@gmail.com

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being processed into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Again a large portion of your purchase price goes towards the setting up your pages for your specials. To keep our costs and your costs to a minimum, any orders placed into the European Union will experience a 14 day delay before setting up their specials with appthourspecials.com so that we can ensure, and confirm that this is a valid order.

For any refunds you will need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received your request for a refund. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
